Progress reports

Each developer will provide a detailed update each week and the manager will provide a summarized update to the client and will maintain the Jira project up to date. In addition, each developer should be following the best practices outlined in the Onboarding documents.

GitHub Projects Workflow

GitHub is the tool we use to keep track of the progress that we make in the project. For best usage of the tool, the team needs to update the GitHub Project all the time: when a task is assigned, when it starts, when it is finished, so in that way, all team members will be on the same page.
