Personal Branch You should be pushing you your personal branch as often as posible, this is simply to prevent any lost work.

Merge & Update Each Thursday you should mereg the features and fixes that are ready into the alpha branch.

Alpha Release Each Friday a we will build and publish a new internal alpha build, the features without issues will progress to though the alpha stages

Beta Release The first monday of each month will producse an internal beta release, we will fix issues and progress though the beta stages.

Production Release The production release should be prepared a week in advance and schedualed for release, we can have a tricle release or location baed release but it should not go out all at once unless we are launching a major new feature or product. The release should take place on the first wendsy of each qouter.
